Customer Contact Management

Customer Tracker.Net simplifies customer contact management. Users can look up customer contacts from any location, whether they are in the office or working remotely, over the Web.

The contact profile (lower right) includes the time zone the customer contact is in, and the current time at the contact's location is displayed in the customer contact directory.
