Expense Tracker.Net is a Web based expense management software solution that integrates with major email platforms, including Lotus Notes® and Microsoft® Outlook, to help facilitate the expense tracking process.
Users can easily access Expense Tracker.Net through the Web or within their email client, without opening a new window or clicking through menus. They can access their "In" and "Out" boxes within their email client to review expense report drafts and track the status of submitted expense reports, as well as submit new expense reports.
Another integration feature is the optional emailing of submitted expense reports directly to the approver. The approver can review and approve the expense report within the email itself. Managers can also simply review and approve submitted expense reports with Expense Tracker.Net as well.
