Purchase Order Management

Purchase order management through Purchase Tracker.Net, a Web based purchase order system, is simple with its intuitive "In" and "Out" box interface. This interface helps users to easily track the status of their purchase orders through the approval cycle.

"In" boxes contain the user's unsubmitted purchase orders.

"Out" boxes, shown here, hold all the user's submitted purchase orders, and their status. "Out" boxes make it easy for users to track the status of their current purchase orders, as well as review previous submissions.

Users with Management and Accounting roles have additional "In" and "Out" Boxes for managing the approval, accounting and processing of purchase orders submitted to them.
