Web Based Document Management

Project Tracker.Net provides a comprehensive Web based document management system. It offers project teams a central location for project files, contracts and documents. All documents include an activity log that records all actions taken with that document.

From any location, users can manage project documents over the Web. Documents are secured with check-in/check-out functions as well as versioning. New documents can be attached, or created directly within Project Tracker.Net. Project Tracker.Net also offers document templates.

In conjunction with other TrackerSuite.Net modules, Project Tracker.Net serves as part of a virtual office for all users, allowing them to work with project documents from any location, over the Web or through email clients including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.
