Support Ticket Status Notes

Support Tracker.Net, a Web based help desk, allows IT staff to record their work on support tickets with status notes. A user can also charge time for work on the status note, this time will be added to his or her Web timesheet.

The integration of Support Tracker.Net and Time Tracker.Net can be leveraged to support the implementation of an IT chargeback system.
