Electronic Time Card Approval
Electronic Time Cards simplify approval management with automated routing.
Time Tracker.Net, a Web timesheet system, simplifies approval management with automated routing. Time Tracker.Net can be configured to email submitted time cards to approvers, who can review and approve them without leaving their email.
Approvers can also simply manage submitted electronic time cards using Manager "In" and "Out" boxes in Time Tracker.Net, as shown here.
If the approver decides to disapprove the electronic time card, they must enter a reason for the disapproval. The Web timesheet is then routed back to its creator for correction. All time card activity is recorded in an activity log.
